I don't Know which kind of Josefina I want, Pre- Mattel or Mattel!
Is there any difference between the Pre- Mattel or Mattel Josefina's?

I prefer the PM Josefina. Not that the Mattel one isn't pretty--but they do look very different.
I can't remember who here has a album with comparison pictures--it probably really is the best to compare pictures and see which version you prefer.

Actually, I like the Mattel one.
You really need to look for yourself, they're quite different.

We just got the PM version and I prefer her to the Mattel. PM Josefina's seem to have a rosier complexion, a fuller face, and PM Josie is not skinny like the Mattel version. The differences are subtle, but definitely there enough to make me have a preference.

Mine's pre-Mattel, and I love her! I just like her face so much better than the Mattel ones.

I don't think think there's an extreme difference between the two.
I have a PM, and she's gorgeous. But then, I've seen M ones, and they're also gorgeous.
If I was going to buy one right now, I'd get a new one. I don't think I could compromise brand new dollie that's perfect and *mine* just to get one that's, honestly, not very much different, but is played with, and pre-owned. From the ones I've seen in person (including my own), M Josefina's hair is MUCH more managable. I guess it totally depends on what you want.
However, it's your decision. Someone has a comparison album, and the only major difference, to me, was the eyebrows. If you go down to Dani, AG4Alison's post, you'll see the comparison album.
Edit because I forgot the link to Dani's post with her comparisson album, lol! It's near the bottom in thisthread.
